Fond memories of this wise, kind, gentle guy whose alert quick wit lasted him to the end.
Dave remembers his recall of historical and current events, his inventive welding skills so uniquely useful to then Land and Forests scarification and tree planting programs (and his loyalty to the Maple Leafs in spite of all odds).
I was his "wanna be" daughter in recent years, and am grateful to his real daughter Karen for sharing him with me.
Our sincere condolences to Gordon's family, whose love and devotion he deserved.
