Obituary of Marion Isobel Campbell
CAMPBELL, MARION ISOBEL
Died peacefully at Nipissing Manor on Monday November 12, 2012 at the age of 88 years. Marion was the beloved wife of the late Ronald Grant Campbell, who predeceased her in 2001. The proud and loving mother of Dick (Carolyn) and Ken (Debbie) both of North Bay and David (Sandra) of Thunder Bay. Predeceased by her son Drew and by Dick’s first wife, Patricia. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Michael (Melissa), Amy, Kaley (Adam), Sarah (Sean), Daniel, Justin, and Carter and by great grandchildren Jackson and Emmitt. Dear sister of Melvin ‘Skip’ House (Hazel, predeceased) of North Bay and Kendall House (Gwen, predeceased) of Thunder Bay. Marion will be remembered by many from Tweedsmuir Public School, where she taught for the last eighteen years of her thirty year teaching career. She was a devoted and faithful member of St. John’s Anglican Church. Marion’s family wish to thank Dr. Brian Shaw and the wonderful staff at Nipissing Manor for all their care and kindness. Friends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home chapel on Saturday at 2 pm. If desired donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. John’s Anglican Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
