She taught so many children how to read and write and so much more. It's hard to believe she's gone, because she always seemed like one of those people who would live forever - and in many ways she will - in the hearts and minds of all those that had the pleasure of knowing such an incredible woman. Rest in peace, Mrs. Pitt. I'll always remember her as one of my favourite teachers, and her beautiful, perfect printing that can be found in many of my Grade 1/2 notebooks.
