Obituary of Shayna Lee Lacourciere

LACOURCIERE – Shayna Lee (1993 – 2014) It’s with heavy hearts the Lacourciere family sadly announces the passing of Shayna, after a brief illness, at the Otttawa General Hospital, on Friday August 1, 2014, at the age of 20. Shayna was the beloved daughter of Shane (Karen) Lacourciere and Brenda Cotter (Jeff Smith). Shayna will be lovingly remembered by her brothers Justin (Krystal), Darian, & Joey, and her sister Kayla, Grandparents Richard and Dianne Lacourciere of Sturgeon Falls, Sandra Lee (Jerry Mercier) of Callander, and Clark & Lee Cotter of Restoule. Shayna will be forever remembered by all her aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and friends. Shayna was a beautiful, fun, vibrant young woman with a passion for the outdoors and loved to hunt and fish. She was truly the most loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend you may ever meet, with an amazing zest for life. She will be greatly missed. We are inviting all family and friends to join us in celebrating Shayna’s life on Thursday august 7, from 11:00 am to 4:00pm at Martyn funeral home, with a service to follow in the chapel at 4:00pm.
