Obituary of Thomas Henry Clare

CLARE: Thomas Henry “Tom” A Former Teacher at West Ferris Secondary School (1971 – 1994) Passed away suddenly at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto on Monday, June 10th, 2013. Thomas Henry Clare, was the beloved husband of Barbara (nee Gingrich), he was 74 years old. Loving father of Carolyn Clare Robidoux and her husband Doug Robidoux of North Bay and Sean Clare and his wife Teresa Reid-Clare of Oakville. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Meghan & Nicholas Robidoux, Thomas, James and Micheal Clare. Dearly loved brother of Susan Barkley and her husband George and brother-in-law of Carol Schott and her husband Cliff, Wanda Gingerich and her husband Nevin and Evelyn Seyler (predeceased by her husband Laverne). Tom was a Life Member of the Model T Ford International Club. He was a passionate craftsman of fine furniture and woodworking. He enjoyed time camping and travelling with family and friends. Visitation for Tom will be held at the Martyn Funeral Home on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church (on Saturday, June 15th at 1:00 PM.
