Obituary of Enide Bertrand

Bertrand, Enide Marie (nee Nesseth) January 19, 1923 – March 23, 2013 Passed away at her home in Mattawa, Ontario in her 91st year. She is survived by two daughters, Aline McLaughlin (Don) and Claudette DesRoches (Robert), her only brother Marcel (Isabelle) and her sister-in-law Rita Belanger. Left to mourn her passing are her five grandchildren Ken, Michelle, Angela, David and Jill and six great-grandchildren Joselle, Joseph, Cleo, Alyssa, Ashley and Mackenna and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Cleo, her sons Claude and Valmore (Sonny) and five stillborn children, her parents Theodore Nesseth and Genieva Therrien, siblings Lucien, Archille, Emma Montreuil, Roger, Nestor, Jeanne Pugh, Noella Bergeron, Jacqueline Bertrand and Georgette Côté. Family will receive friends at MARTYN & SLOAN FUNERAL CHAPEL in Mattawa on Monday, March 25, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service at St. Anne’s Church in Mattawa on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Spring burial in the family plot at St. Anne’s Cemetery. Donations to the charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
