Passed away peacefully at the Mattawa Hospital on Monday, January 20, 2025 at the age of 87.

Beloved husband of Jeannine (née Carriere). Loving father of Robert, Suzanne (Roch), Gigi, Kim (Mike). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Ryan, Joshua (great grand child Addisyn), Justin, Alex, Hunter, Parker.

Also survived by his siblings Emile (Agathe), Richard (Suzanne), Gérard, Cécile Graham( Doug) and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Amedor & Rosalie Seguin and by his siblings Edouard, Hector, André, Réjeanne and Lorraine.

Eugene was a family man and dedicated all his life to them. His family was everything to him and especially his beloved wife Jeannine of 68 years.

The family would like to thank the staff at the hospital and staff at the nursing home, Dr. Gushe and Dr. Redhead.

Funeral will be at St. Anne Parish, 2nd Street Mattawa On, Monday January 27 at 11am

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Eugene to Mattawa Hospital or St Anne Parish would be appreciated by the family.
