Obituary of Marjorie Jesse Wall

Marjorie Jesse, (nee Nesseth), Wall Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, on April 20th 2015, two weeks short of her 90th birthday. Marjorie was the devoted and loving wife of William "Buster" Wall, who predeceased her in 2001. Proud and loving mother of Royce (Louise) of North Bay, Patricia O'Brien (Don), and Allan Wall, of Mattawa. Marjorie will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Shawn, Jennifer and Darcy (Natalie) Wall, Jim, Robert and Danny O'Brien, Helen and Christopher Wall. Also lovingly remembered by her great granddaughters Victoria and Madison. She was the dear sister of the late Ismay, Allan and Carl. Marjorie was an active member of the Mattawa community for many years. A dedicated long time member of St. Alban's Anglican Church, she was instrumental in beginning the regular monthly luncheons the church has hosted as fundraisers for many years. Active in politics, she served as town councillor for 13 years. The family would like to thank the staff of palliative care for their dedicated and compassionate care. We will miss the little lady with the kind heart, giving spirit and ready wit. Friends may call at the Martyn-Sloan Funeral Home in Mattawa on Friday, May 1st from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral services will be held at St. Alban's Church in Mattawa on May 2nd at 11 am.
