Obituary of Jean Verna Joiner

JOINER (nee Lyons): Jean Passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, on Tuesday, February 7th, 2017 at the age of 88 years old. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 61 year, Harry Walter Joiner in 2014. She was predeceased by her parents, four sister and two brothers. She will be sadly missed by her loving children Elaine (Ken) of Guelph, Walter (Sue) of Windsor, Timothy of Trenton and Brian (Claire) of Corbeil, and grandsons Ian (Cindy) of Bagotville, Stephen (Andrea), Andrew (Susan) both of Guelph, Liam and Owen both of Corbeil and great grandson Lachlan and Amelie of Bagotville, Paxton, Tate and Sullivan of Guelph. A long time member of St.Brice's Anglican Church. Jean loved to crochet, cook and enjoyed oil painting. Visitation will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home on Sunday, February 12, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9:00 P.M., with an Eastern Star Memorial Service being held Sunday evening at 7:00 P.M. A Funeral Service will be held at St.Brice's Anglican Church on Monday, February 13th, 2017 at 11:00 am. Interment will take place at John's Anglican Cemetery in the spring. If desired, donations to the St.Brice's Anglican Church General Fund or to a Charity of your Choice would be appreciated by the family.
