At the Peterborough Regional Heath Centre on Sunday, September 8th, 2013, Audrey Joan Carole Hunter, beloved wife of the late Gord McCourt & the late Ross Fenton, in her 80th year. Dearly loved mother of Walter and his wife Inara of Toronto, Clark and his wife Tracey of Peterborough and Debra "Debbie" Cave who died four days after Audrey on Thursday, September 12, 2013. Lovingly remembered by her 5 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren. Audrey will be missed by her long time companion John (Tex) Rogers. Dear sister of Donald Hunter (Eilene) of Brighton and Valerie (Sterling) Peddle of St. Catherines. Predeceased by her brother James. Audrey was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Fidelis Chapter #99 and the Callander Legion. Family will receive friends at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME on Sunday, September 15th, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, September 16th, 2013 at11:00 a.m. Cremation will take place at Forest Lawn Crematorium and interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery. If desired donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of love and sympathy.
