WHITE: Peter John
Peter was a lifelong resident of North Bay. He passed away peacefully at Cassellholme Home for the Aged, on Thursday, March 15, 2012, in his 74th year. Peter was the beloved husband of Margaret Elizabeth "Marg" (nee Nicoll). Loving father of Robert White and his wife Alison of Oakville. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Elizabeth and Sarah. Dearly loved son-in-law of Robert Nicoll of North Bay. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Gladys and by his sister Beulah. Peter was employed in the ONR Shops for 30 years, retiring in 1995. Visitation for Peter will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, March 19th at 1:30 P.M. Interment at the Forest Lawn Cemetery. A Special thanks to the staff of Cherry Lane and 2 North at Cassellholme. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
