It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a great man. John took his last breath with his family by his side on Monday, January 23rd, 2017 at the Hamilton General Hospital, he was in his 62nd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Sheryl Boyle of Hamilton. Cherished father of Amy McMahon (Bruce) of North Bay and Alan Doyle of Sudbury. Proud grandfather of Madison, Mackenzie and Logan Doyle all of Sudbury. Lovingly remembered by his mother in law Barbara Farnham (Robert predeceased) of Hamilton. Sadly missed by his sisters Gabrielle Doyle of Ottawa, Shirley Laplante (Gerald) of Azilda, sister in laws Linda Doyle of Mattawa, Cindy Della Pietra (John) of Caledonia, many nieces and nephews and close friends. John is predeceased by his parents Joseph and Anna (nee Vachon) Doyle and his brother Lawrence Doyle. Respecting John's wishes cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME 464 Wyld Street North Bay, Ontario on Saturday, February 4th, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. If desired, donations to the Heart Function Clinic at Hamilton General Hospital (cheques only) would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
