Passed away peacefully on Sunday September 11, 2016 at Eastholme at the age of 103. Beloved wife of the late L.A. (Sandy) MacNabb (1999). Loving mother of Sandra Sandziuk, (Adrian deceased), and Donald (Jeannie). Cherished grandmother of Kimberly and Andrew (Suzie) Sandziuk, Melissa and Stanley (Jennifer) MacNabb and Kim Mills (Allan). Loved great-grandmother of Alexander and Abigail MacNabb,Cameron and Lauren Sandziuk and Amanda Mills. She will be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews and their children. Jean was born in 1913 in Streetsville Ontario, married there in 1943 and moved to North Bay (West Ferris) in 1945. Special thanks and sincere appreciation to the staff of Eastholme for the wonderful care given to mom, especially the past two weeks. Family will receive friends at her son’s home on October 8th, 2016 from 2-4 pm. If desired, donations to Nipissing Serenity Hospice would be gratefully appreciated.
