Laporte, James William passed away Sunday, July 24th at Casselholme. Beloved father of Lori Laporte. Predeceased by his wife Bev and daughter Keely. Survived by his grandchildren Ashley Champion (Paul), Kelsey McMullen (Ryan), Tara Perry (Bill), and Eric Weckwerth. Survived by his great-grandchildren Jacob, Angel, Arthur, William, Alexander, and Arielle. Also survived by his brother Denis Laporte (Paula) and sister Lea Bale (Bill), and many nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues of the garden centre. No visitation. A celebration of life will be held at the West Ferris Legion Brach 599 Thursday, July 28th from 7 - 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be greatly acknowledged by the family.
Dad you are finally with your beloved wife and daughter. Rest in peace. We love you!
