At the Algonquin Nursing Home on Thursday January 29, 2015 in her 84th year. Predeceased by her husband Victor Glen McOrmond and by her parents Albert and Isabel Hurdman. Loving mother of Victor (Gian) of Ottawa, Ross (Claudette) of Aylmer, Quebec, Janet McNabb (Rodger) of Mattawa, Wayne (Cathie) of Carleton Place and Elly MacMillan (Doug) of Kitchener. Sadly missed by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Survived by her sister Sandra Murphy (Bill). A celebration of Isabel’s life will be held privately for the family. If desired donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Isabel’s family wish to thank the wonderful staff at the Algonquin Nursing Home and Dr. Wilkins. Also, a huge ‘Thank You’ to her lifelong friend, Tina.
