Obituary of Helene Marie Lamirante

Lamirante – Helene Marie ( nee Amyotte) Peacefully at the Mattawa General Hospital on Saturday August 2, 2014 after a long and courageous struggle with MS, at the age of 57 years. Helene was the beloved wife of Robert and the dear mother of Tim (Leanne Bonaro) of Mattawa and Renee of North Bay. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Samatha, Peyton, Marc-Andre, Zedrick, Anabel and Leilan. Helene was the dear daughter or Georgette Amyotte of Mattawa (late Joesph) and daughter in law of Lucille Lamirante (late Henri), also of Mattawa. She will be sadly missed by her brother Jacques (Christine) of New Liskeard and her sister Suzanne Cantin (Louis) of Hearst. The Lamirante family will received friends at the Martyn and Sloan, Mattawa Chapel, on Tuesday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Anne’s Church at 11:00am on Wednesday August 6th. Interment to follow at St. Anne’sCemetery.
