Obituary of Irene Therese Colbourne

Colbourne: Irene Therese (nee Groulx) Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Beloved wife of 63 years to Gerald Colbourne. Dearly loved mother of Anne Latendresse (Jim) and Brian Colbourne (Louise). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Jill Huot (Steve Wrathall), Curtis Colbourne (Roxanne) and Justin Colbourne, and her great-grandchildren Roch and Zach Huot. Sister of Lou Joly (Conrad Dupuis predeceased), Claire Julien (Roma), Vic Groulx (Muriel), Beatrice Tremblay (Raymond), Joan Hominsky (Mike) & Claude Groulx (Danielle). Special friend of Jacquline Leclerc. Predeceased by her brother Dave (Rita surviving) and her sister Colette. She was a very generous person who loved everyone. She enjoyed meeting her friends on Main Street every day. She worked at the St. Anne’s Parish rectory until she was 75. She was loved by all and we will miss her.
