Passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 11, 2014. She leaves behind a husband Bob DeCosta, five children Richard (Debbie) and Ronald Dull, Robert (Kelly), Deena (Denis) and Roland (Sharlene) DeCosta, eight grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Patsy immigrated to Canada from Bermuda in 1970 and worked a variety of jobs in North Bay. She will be remembered fondly as the person responsible for all of the recipes at the Bull & Quench Pub.
