Obituary of Loralee Eldridge

Please share a memory of Loralee to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
We have lost the light of our lives; she of the blinding smile, Loralee Eldridge (1970 – 2013); beloved daughter of Storme Van Rassel and Jim Eldridge (deceased). Adored stepdaughter of Jim McCutcheon. Fiercely protective mother of Alex and Ashlee (Derek) and stepmother to Brandy Belanger. Stubborn and much loved sister of Chaya Guertin and Jason Eldridge (Lauralea Rivet). Leaving behind to mourn after an all too short period of time is Normand Belanger; the love of her life. She is survived by her grandfather, Ralph English, father to her children Paul Gibbs, and the following aunts and uncles: Dave and Gisele Eldridge, Tammy Rassel (Laurence). As well there are many cousins who will mourn her passing. Also left behind are her canine family, Jake, Brody and Zak. Please in lieu of flowers consider a donation to either the Women’s Resource Center, the Animal Rescue Association in Mattawa or the North Eastern Cancer Centre in Sudbury. Visitation will be held Friday, 6 December from 2-4 and 7- 9 at the Martyn & Sloan 'Mattawa Chapel'. She beat us home, she earned her wings. For life and death are one, even as the river and the sea are one. Kahlil Gibran
