BELANGER: Joyce
Passed away in Sudbury, after a very brief battle with cancer, Joyce Marion (nee Murphy), beloved wife of the late Edward Albert "Tigua" Belanger, she was 69 years old. Loving mother of Brent (Shelley) and Darren both of Mattawa. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Kristen, Brody, Amanda, Andrew, Jennifer and by her great grandchildren Kylie, Mason, Kayden and Kenzie. Dear sister Joan Ranson from Saskatchewan. Predeceased by her parents George and Louise Murphy and by her brother Larry. Joyce loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, especially when they were camping and enjoying the outdoors. Children had a special place in her heart and will be remembered fondly for her time working at the Arcade on Main Street and at the Mike Rodden Arena Canteen. A Memorial Service will be held at St.Anne's Parish (Mattawa) on Tuesday, August 6th at 11:00 am. Interment of follow at St. Anne's Cemetery. If desired, donation to the Mattawa General Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
