It is with great sorrow to announce his sudden passing in his home on Sunday, June 23, 2013, he was in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Helen MacInnis (nee Chevrette) for the passed 46 years. Cherished father of Tom MacInnis (Jen Walsh). Proud grandfather of Russell MacInnis (Desireé Giroux). George will be sadly missed by his sister Betty Windchester and predeceased by his brother Thomas J.R. MacInnis. Respecting George’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation will take place at Forest Lawn Crematorium followed by a Private graveside service held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Martyn Funeral Home. If desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
