Lorek, Robert (Bob) 1937-2013
Passed away peacefully with his beloved wife Helga at his side on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 75 years, after losing his battle with cancer. Bob came to North Bay in 1972 from Cleveland Ohio met and married Mariette Beevor mother of five children. Bob and Mariette had a wonderful life together, she passed away in 2001 at the age of 63. Bob has three children in the USA. As Mariette would have wanted Bob and Helga Schneider were married in May of 2002, Helga was their best friend. Since coming to North Bay he was married to two beautiful women and met and enjoyed many friends. He will be sadly missed by close friends and family from here and in Germany. As per his wishes cremation has taken place. Thank you to Dr. Phillipson for all his care and concern. A grave side service will take place at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to MARTYN FUNERAL HOME. If desired, donations to the Northern Cancer Research or the North Bay Regional Health Centre would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
