Obituary of Margaret Alice Witiuk

WITIUK – Margaret Alice The Witiuk family sadly announces Margaret’s death at the North Bay Regional Hospital on Tuesday February 5, 2013 at the age of 84. For the past 65 years she had been the beloved wife George Witiuk. He preceded her in death this past November 22. They had celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary August 1st 2012. Margaret was the proud and loving mother of Steve and his wife Jane of Mount Vernon, New York. She is also survived by David. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandson Jason and his wife Sara of Toronto, and her sister Norma Witiuk (Philip) of North Bay. A dedicated wife and mother she and George will be remembered by many for operating a grocery store in Redbridge during the 1960’s. Friends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home on Monday afternoon and evening from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 pm. Funeral services will be held in Calvin Presbyterian Church at 11:00 am on Tuesday February 12, 2013. Cremation will follow.
