Obituary of Grace Everingham

EVERINGHAM, GRACE (ROWE). The family announces with sorrow her death on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 95. Daughter of the late Robert and Margaret Elizabeth Rowe (Durrell). Predeceased by her loving husband Francis (Frank) Everingham in 1978 and an infant daughter Darlene Mary in 1948. Loving mother of Sharon O’Gorman and Robert Everingham (Margaret). Gram will be missed and lovingly remembered always by her grandsons David O’Gorman, Sean O’Gorman and Bradley Farrish. Grace was the dear sister of Joy Magill (Eric). She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters Margaret Florence Rowe, Edna Mae Boucher, Beatrice Marion McDonald, Herbert Leonard Rowe, Eileen Elizabeth Draper, Robert Louis Rowe, Dorothy Jean Rowe, Eleanor Hazel Rowe and Gerald Rowe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Grace was born and raised in North Bay and spent most of her life in North Bay. Respecting her wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no funeral service. Visitation and burial to be at a later date. Donations in Grace’s memory may be made to The Gathering Place, North Bay Food Bank or the charity of your choice. The family would like to acknowledge and thank Dr. Charles Cuncins and staff, the Blue Sky Family Health Team and the North Bay Regional Health Centre nursing staff, especially CCC A1 for the wonderful care they provided Mom during her final days with us. Also, we would like to thank Lee Ann Chirico, Elizabeth Evans and the thoughtful and caring staff at Barclay House Retirement Home, who always put Mom’s needs and wishes first. You are the Best!
