Obituary of Timothy Ray Jackson

JACKSON: Timothy Ray Passed away peacefully at home after a lengthy illness on Saturday, April 7, 2012. Tim will always be lovingly remembered by his wife Lynda Darline Walsh (nee McInall), he was 67 years old. Loving father of Ryan of North Bay and step father of Steven Walsh and his wife Marcy, Kimberly Munoz and her husband Manuel both of Ottawa and Jennifer Walsh and her partner Tom MacInnis of North Bay. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Russell, Graeme, Hayley, Jonah, Abigail and Brennan. Tim was predeceased by his parents William Jackson and Marjorie (nee Deattie). Dearly loved brother of Joanne Brown and his cousin Michael Jackson both of Minden. He will be fondly remembered by his aunt Peggy and uncle Ron Davis of North Bay and by the many friends he has made in North Bay over the years. Tim served in the Canadian Air Force for 10 years before joining the staff at the North Bay Transit, retiring after 28 years as Manager in 2002. He was also an active member for the North Bay Kinsman Club (K40). Visitation for Timothy will be held at the Martyn Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 P.M. A Funeral Service will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, April 11th at 2:00 P.M. If desired, donations to the North Bay and District Humane Society (www.northbayhumanesociety.ca) or the Lung Association of Ontario (www.on.lung.ca) would be appreciated by the family.
