The Esch family announces the passing of Gladys Muriel Esch (nee Rancier). Beloved wife of 68 years to Robert Esch Sr. Loved mother of Carolyn (Bob), Robert (Darla) and Heather. Loved by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Gladys was born in Feronia in 1926 to the late Mariah and Wesley Rancier. Predeceased by brother Bill and sisters Lottie, Iva, Ina, Doris and Jenny. Most of her life was lived in Nipissing Junction as a homemaker and co-owner of Bob's Bait Centre where she worked tirelessly for her family and the public. Later years were spent in Powassan and then returned to Ferris to fulfil her life's journey. Special thanks to Dr. Galema, Alana, Susan, VON nurses , Palliative Care and all family and friends. Gladys family will recive friends in the Martyn Funeral Home on Saturday, January 7th from 12noon until time for a Memorial Service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM. If desired, donation to a Charity of Choice will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
