Obituary of Fernand Valmore Joseph Ranger

RANGER: Fernand “Fern” Suddenly on January 1, 2012 at home in North Bay, in his 71st year. Beloved husband and Best Friend of 48 years to Eileen. Much loved Dad to Jeanne d’Arc (Al), David (Tania), Robert (Louise) and Jason. Fern’s grandchildren who he cherished are Ashley, Shawn, Aaron, Carley, Ryan, Shannon and Brooke. Dear brother of Emile (Muguette), Theresa (Rodney), Simon (Judy), Rachelle (Tim). Predeceased by his parents Luke (Lena), Beatrice and by his brother Richard. He will be sadly missed by the Robitaille family, by nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation for Fern will be held at the Martyn Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church (Mattawa) on Thursday, January 5th at 11:00 am. Spring Interment at St. Anne’s Cemetery.
