Obituary of Lawrence Allan Thomson

THOMSON – Lawrence Allan “Larry” The Thomson family sadly announces Larry’s unexpected death at his home, North Bay, on Tuesday November 29th, 2011, at the age of 66 years. The dear husband of Ilgiza, he will also be sadly missed by his step daughters Liubov Dushnitskaya of North Bay, & Mariam Ilina and her husband Sergey and their daughter Yaroslav, all in Russia. The son of the late Eric and Win Thomson, Larry will be lovingly remembered by his brothers Ted (Sharron) and Raymond (Karen) all of North Bay. He was predeceased by his brother Georgie and his sister Linda (late Earl Whalley & the late Wayne Watling). Friends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home today from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 pm. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday December 2nd at 1:30pm. Rev. David Clark of Calvin Presbyterian Church officiating. Cremation will follow with interment of ashes in the family plot in Union Cemetery.
