Obituary of James Napoleon Laronde

LARONDE, JAMES N. Jim passed away after a brief illness on Monday September 20, 2010 in his 82nd year. Dear husband of Doreen (nee Hampel). Loving father of Lorraine Platt (Eric) of Calgary and Brenda Simpson (Peter) of Paris, Ontario. Sadly missed by grandchildren Janice (Derek) Kettle, Jeremy Simpson, Geoffrey Simpson and Janice Platt and great granddaughter Gabriella Kettle. Survived by brothers Bob (Muriel), Mickey (Mary) and Larry (Jean) and sisters Elaine Bosselle (Leo) and Milly Lewis (Bill). Predeceased by his brothers Gerald, Bert and Bill and sisters Gwen McEachern, Alma McColman, Gert Bucci and Betty Clark. Friends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home on Wednesday from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Lakeshore Missionary Church on Thursday at 11am. Cremation will take place at the Forest Lawn Crematorium.
