Well loved local educator Roger Gleason died peacefully at the North Bay General Hospital on Tuesday April 24th, 2007 following a courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 61 years. Roger will be sorely missed by Wanda (nee Bennett), his child hood sweFriends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home (across from city hall) on Friday afternoon and evening 2 -4 & 7 ? 9 pm. Funeral services to celebrate his life will be held in Trinity United Church (Ferguson & McIntyre) on Saturday April 28th at 1:30 pm. If desired donations to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation, Laurier Ave., Knox, or Trinity United Church, or the charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
