Passed away at his home on Friday November 3, 2006 in his 71st year. Dear brother of Margaret Ito (husband Sam). Sadly missed by his nephew John. Jack graduated from the University of Toronto as a mechanical engineer in 1959. In North Bay, he worked fA funeral service for Jack will be held at the Martyn Funeral Home Monday morning at 11 am. Cremation to follow at the Forest Lawn Crematorium. If desired donations to the North Bay General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
