I was so sad to hear that our dear Aunt Doris has left us. She was the most wonderful loving lady. I know that is very hard to loose your Mom especially at this time of year but know she is with many of her brothers and sisters, mom and dad and especially Uncle Edgar. Merv, Grace, Heather and Mark -I was sorry to read of the loss of your mother. She was a wonderful and friendly lady as I knew her as the mother of you students at Rutherglen School. That takes us back many years.I occasionally saw her as we were shopping but it has been a long time since we met up. The picture you chose for the paper is the way I remember her. Please know my thoughts are with you at this sad time.

My heartfelt condolences to your entire family. Doris was a wonderful lady, always happy to help others. She loved to share her many talents and made people around her feel valued. I loved to visit her when they were on the farm. Baked goodies were usually included. Take comfort in knowing she is reunited with her beloved.
