Obituary of Walter Donald Priebe

PRIEBE – Walter Donald “Don” The Priebe family sadly announces Don’s death at the North Bay Regional Health Center, on Tuesday November 7th, 2017. Don died peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the age of 63 following a brief struggle with cancer. For the past 38 years he has been the beloved husband of Susan (nee Brown). Don was a proud and loving father of Sarah Priebe (and her husband Dominic Lafreniere), Nik Priebe, and Heidi Priebe. He was also the very proud Opa of Évangéline and Élisabeth. He will also be sadly missed by his brother Bob and his wife Carol, of Edmonton. Don will be remembered by many for his work as a Recreation Therapist at the North Bay Regional Health Center. Friends may call at Martyn Funeral Home on Friday afternoon and evening from 2 – 4 & 7- 9 pm., then on Saturday at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 725 Ferguson Street, from 12 noon until time for services at 1:00pm.
