Obituary of Alan Francis Wharram

Wharram, Alan Francis Passed away with his family by his side at the Toronto Western Hospital on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, he was in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Eileen (nee Lenfesty) Wharram. Cherished father of Brian Wharram of North Bay and David Wharram (Madeline) of Sudbury. Proud grandfather of Shannon (Chad) Young of Arizona. Alan will be lovingly remembered by his partner Delta Scott of North Bay. Sadly missed by his sister-in-law’s Latitia Smith (predeceased John) of North Bay, Violet (Ross) Manary of Sault Ste. Marie and nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother Ken Wharram. Alan was a Fire Fighter for over 30 years here in North Bay and retired as the Fire Chief. Family will receive friends at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Christ Church on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will take place at Forest Lawn Crematorium after the service and internment will take place at St. John’s Cemetery at a later date.
