Obituary of Carol Diane Martin

MARTIN -Carol Diane The Martin family sadly announces Carol’s death at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Monday June 5th, 2017 . She died peacefully, surrounded by her children and immediate family, at the age of 79 years. Born and raised in North Bay she was predeceased by her parents, the late Walter and Marion (nee Edwards) Martin. A proud and loving mother, she will be deeply missed by her children: Don Davidson (Louise), Robert Davidson (Mehrnaz), Doug Davidson (Diana), Mark Davidson (Rejeanne), Bonnie Grassi, and Cathy Davidson; her grandchildren Krista, Kayleigh (Calvin), Megan, Jenna, Matthew, Maria, Alana, Amber (Tijn), Hannah, Tom, Devin (Joline) and Natasha, and by her great granddaughter Emersyn. Carol was the beloved sister of Barbara Ricker, Lenora Comerford (Dan), Brenda Martin (Lilo) and Walter Martin. Carol’s wish was to be cremated. There will be no formal funeral service and her family will be having a celebration of her life at a later date. The family would like to offer their heartfelt thank you to the nurses on B3 at the NBRHC, and Drs. King and Leckie for the care, compassion, and support given to Carol and her family through out this difficult time.
