It is with heavy hearts and immense love that we say goodbye to our incredible son, brother, and friend, Josh Fletcher. He passed away peacefully at his home on Trout Lake on Monday, December 16th, 2024, after 23 years of living life to the fullest.

Josh was the cherished son of David and Melissa Fletcher, and the one and only brother to Julia Fletcher (Mikey). He shared an unspoken bond with his fur babies Vinny, Cooper, and Saylor, who will miss his calm presence and gentle affection. He was the treasured grandson of Louise Peachey (Luc Beauchamp), Tom and Lily Fletcher, and the late Bob Peachey (Gerri). Josh was a caring nephew to Steve Peachey (Laurie) and Andrew Fletcher (Kathryn), and leaves behind his cousins, Taylor and Nathan Peachey, Dylan Fletcher (Hannah), and little Chloé Peachey, who will always remember him with love.

Josh’s soul was filled with adventure, whether he was behind the wheel of a fast car, playing sports, traveling, or simply sharing fun times with his family and friends. Despite his quiet nature, his love for life was undeniable. He had a unique way of making every moment count, always present   and always there for those he cared about. His gentle spirit and calm demeanor were paired with an inner strength and resilience that inspired everyone around him.

Josh’s family invites friends and loved ones to gather at Martyn Funeral Home on Thursday, December 19th from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A service to celebrate Josh’s life will be held at the Church of Christ (73 Gertrude St) on Friday, December 20th at 2 p.m., followed by cremation at Forest Lawn Crematorium.
