Lynn used to call us her little angels and every year for Christmas she’d make all of us cashiers a new angel ornament to hang on our Christmas trees. She was a great coworker who became an even better friend. We are all going to miss you Lynn. Xo

I was very saddened to learn of the passing of Lynn. We were friends throughout high school and connected off and on in the many years since. Including a stint as roommates for a year when she bravely not only agreed to sharing with me, but also with a toddler and new baby! Every Christmas I am reminded of her and her father when the Christmas Coke commercials play. She was so proud of her dad when the first great Coke commercial hit TV!
Lynn had an impact on so many people and I am certain she had no idea what a difference she made in so many lives. Always upbeat no matter what challenge she faced. I arrived in North Bay just before the start of the school year and as a very shy, introspective person coming from a small town to the city, I found my first weeks trying to navigate very challenging. Once I met Lynn it was so much easier.
Her dedication to family was demonstrated by her genealogy research, something I found fascinating. I believe she staying in North Bay to maintain a close connection to her family, something she sometimes found difficult as a teenager given the age differences between the three girls but that turned into close relationships as adults.
My thoughts are with you all. I know you have lost a very treasured part of your family.

I was so saddened to see that Lynn had passed away. We worked together at the CIBC and we were involved at the Gateway theatre Guild for a period of time. Lynn was easy going and hard working. We lost contact when I moved from North Bay , but I thought of her fondly over the years. Rest easy Lynnie. Godspeed , my friend. Mary Lennox.
