Evelyn CROUSE
Evelyn passed away peacefully on Friday, October 18, 2024, at the Algonquin Nursing Home at the age of 92. She was the companion of Murray Merritt. She was preceded by her parents, Enos and Hazel Crouse, and sister Sadie Anderson. Evelyn will be sadly missed by her brother Rodney (Carolyn) and sister Cathy (Barry) and their families. Murray's extended family will also remember her.
Evelyn and Murray’s family would like to thank the staff at the Algonquin Nursing Home for their care and support.
Visitation will be held in the Martyn & Sloan "Mattawa Chapel" on Tuesday, October 22nd, from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 12noon. Interment will follow at the Pine Hills Cemetery. Donations to the Algonquin Nursing Home or the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund (Visit your local Legion in person to donate) would be appreciated.
