To the family of Grace, Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your Mother and Grandmother. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with this extraordinary nurse. Grace was funny, loved hockey games and was a wonderful pillar of hope, always seeing the positive in life's events. There are no more limitations holding her back. May she dance happily forever in peace and joy.
