Tom & Cathy respectful and sincere sympathy on the passing of a very beloved mother.
In my mind she will always be remembered as a very fine lady indeed. She paid me kind attention when I lived next door at the Toivanens' for several months in 1979-80. In fact, she was gracious indeed when I spoiled one of her cooking pots attempting to make popcorn when she invited me over one evening! And of course John knew her throughout his adolescence in North Bay when he and Tom hung-out together.
For Barb & Jack, Fran and Sterling were more than just good neighbours; they were warm, dear friends and so they stay in our hearts and are remembered in memories recounted in the Toivanen clan.
