Cathy and I would like to offer our condolences to Jack's family and friends. I'm sure his passing has left a great sadness in everyone who knew him. Jack and I were friends and colleagues for many years having met when we both worked at the Queen St Mental Health Centre in the early 80`s . He was a wonderful guy who always had an interesting story or a joke to share. He will be missed. Rest in peace Jack.
