BUTLER, Richard
Richard passed away on February 26, 2024, at the Algonquin Nursing Home in Mattawa.
He is survived by his siblings Alex (Lil), Will (Mary), Monica (Arthur), Peter (Cheryl), Julia (Kevin), and Shirley (Larry). He will be dearly missed by numerous extended family members and friends.
Richard is predeceased by his mother Elizabeth, father Richard and his sister Mae (Ken).
Richard cherished his walks around Mattawa and his visits to the casino in Niagara Falls.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Algonquin Nursing Home for their exceptional care.
As per Richard’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and no funeral service will be held.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Algonquin Nursing Home or the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
