Laplante, Melissa Denise

Melissa came into the world on Sunday, July 11, 1976, to her father, Doug Laplante, and her late mother, Lucette Savage. She left this world surrounded by her loving family, at Nipissing Serenity Hospice, on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Chad O'Connor and her cherished daughter Alexandra O'Connor (Caleb). Forever missed by her sister Nancy Laplante (Taylor), and her brother Joey Laplante (Stephanie). Dear granddaughter of Denise Savage (late Albert Savage) and the late Hector & Ruth Laplante. Melissa’s memory will remain in the hearts of her many in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Melissa had a deep appreciation for the simple joys of country living and the outdoors. She loved 4-wheeling, camping, and spending time with her family and friends. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
