I had the absolute pleasure to get to know Trish over my years of working with her at the Walmart home office and have just learned of her passing. Trish was an absolute Gem. A fantastic person not only professionally, but also personally. I consider myself fortunate to have had the chance to 'hang out' with Trish and just talk over a coffee about life in general. Her great sense of humour, genuine interest in getting to actually know people on a deeper level than just the surface and her caring enough to listen, give and ask advice made her someone who people wanted to be around. She will rest well knowing that she made the world a little bit better - and we will all miss her. I am truly sorry for your loss.

I worked with Trish as a service vendor at Walmart for many years and wish to extend my sincere condolences to her partner, daughter, family and friends. I'm saddened at the loss of such a wonderful person. Many a time Trish brought a smile and laughter to me during some difficult times. She had the best sense of humour and I will always remember her cool-calmness during those hectic days at work. I told her once that I had to make the long drive up to Elliot Lake to attend the funeral of a friend's mum. Trish gave me some sound advice on navigating the northern Ontario roads during peak winter that got me through a challenging night. She knew exactly what to say and what I should expect, and I was so glad of her advice. I'm grateful to have known her for those years and shared that time with her. Now I will always remember that glint in her eye and sense of humour whenever I drive north. Rest in peace, Trish and I'll raise a glass to you this Christmas and New Year.

I’m very saddened to hear of Trish’s passing and send my sincere condolences to the family! I was lucky enough to have Trish as my manager and mentor for a time and can say she was one of the most giving, supportive and loyal person I have ever worked with in my career. She spoke fondly of her family and her love for her daughter shone through brightly. She will be missed and never forgotten. Rest in peace my dear friend!

I am so sorry to hear of Trish's passing. I went to school with Patricia at St. Joseph's School. I was responsible for her broken arm in grade five or six. It was a exciting game of broomball. We have not kept in touch, but I was shocked to hear of her passing. My condolences to her family. RIP Trish.
