Bud was a well-respected hardworking man. Was a talented welder by trade working away from home much of the time in the early years to support his young family. Worked for Jarvis Clarke until his retirement.
One of his greatest passions when not working was fishing, hunting, and camping. He had many lost lake fishing spots. He loved to be by a campfire with a rod in the water. He told many wonderful stories of another secret fishing spot.
During this last summer he had a wonderful time riding his electric wheelchair down to the government dock to go fishing, then to the farmers market buying fresh produce to go with the fresh fish he caught.
He was a man of great integrity, hardworking ethic, and his Faith in God.
Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of his Life will take place on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Martyn Funeral Home at 12:00pm. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Kidney Foundation, Congestive Heart Foundation, and Diabetes foundation would be appreciated.
