Obituary of Austin Douglas Lentz

Austin Douglas Lentz was a caring husband, father, grandfather and friend. He left this world peacefully on September 7th, 2023 at the age of 85. 

He was born to Aaron and Catherine Lentz on April 15th, 1938. As a child, he would spend hours exploring the outdoors and being one with nature. 

He spent his professional life as an accomplished real estate agent but more importantly he spent his personal life as a proud father. He fathered two children: Doug and Kelly (Merv) with his former wife. Austin happily assisted in raising Debbie (Tim), Jackie, Jon and Chris (Sarah) with his wife Donna who preceded his death. He survives through each of his children, grandchildren, and loving family and friends. 

Austin loved fishing, having long conversations reminiscing over his life stories, and frequent visits to Sunset Park. He was a food lover who always appreciated a family meal with the ones he loved. He left a great impression on everyone he met and will be missed by all. 

As per Austin's wishes, he will be cremated with no formal funeral services. His family asks you to remember, celebrate, and honour Austin's long happy life in each your own special way.
