Wendy Joyce Pilon (Napier)

It is with our deepest sorrow to announce the passing of Wendy Pilon (Napier), surrounded by her family on Friday, May 26, 2023. The beloved wife of Michael Pilon and mother to Melanie Long (Neil Losier) and Ashley Ross (Steve) and sister to Connie Paterson. Grandma aka ‘Bamma’ to her granddaughters Addyson and Alexys Long and step grandchildren Em and Arik Ross and her four-legged grandchild Sofia.

Predeceased by her parents Walter and Vera Kerridge (Mann) and her brother Gregory Napier (Kathy). Lovingly remembered by her niece Heather Napier and nephew Mark Napier (Christie).

Wendy enjoyed a wonderful career with Scotiabank on Main Street. She also devoted many years to volunteering at the Heritage Railway and Carousel, Relay for Life and Packsac Smiles.

Wendy especially enjoyed spending her time with her granddaughters and taking Sofia for walks. She particularly loved travelling to the warmer climates with family and friends and tending to her garden in the summer.

A donation to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.

Wendy was an incredibly special lady, and her smile and personality will surely be missed by all.
