Obituary of Claude Vivier

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Claude Vivier on April 23, 2023, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, after a lengthy and courageous battle. He was a loving husband to Carolyn for 56 years, a proud father to Mark (Andree-Anne) and Corinna, a doting Papa to Jessica, Eric, Kyle, Kenzie (Spencer), Devyn (Brett), Mia, Gage, Phoenix, Atlas, Ronin, Olivia, Logan, Addison, Baby Brear, Quinn, and Lucas.

Claude will be deeply missed by his siblings, Rejeanne, Nicole (Dave), Denis (Carole), and Jess (Cindy), as well as by many extended family and friends. He was a pool player extraordinaire, a lover of card games, a karaoke master, and he cherished spending time with his loved ones. Claude was especially fond of his trailer at Seguin Beach, where he enjoyed many happy times with family and friends.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Kistemaker and the staff at North Bay Regional Health Centre for their exceptional care and support during Claude's illness. Claude's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, at the Martyn Funeral Home (464 Wyld St. North Bay) from 2:00pm – 4:00pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 599 (30 Legion Dr, North Bay) from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
