Obituary of Sandra Jean Sandziuk

In her 78th year, Sandra died peacefully at North Bay Regional Health Centre, following a brief battle with cancer. She will be greatly missed by daughter Kimberly Sandziuk, son Andrew Sandziuk (Suzie Williamson), grandchildren Cameron and Lauren, nieces Melissa MacNabb (Marc LaRochelle), and Kim Mills (Allan); nephew Stan (Jennifer) and brother Donald MacNabb (Jeannie). She is predeceased by husband Adrian, parents Jean and Alex MacNabb.

Sandra grew up in West Ferris, North Bay and was a proud graduate of St. Joseph’s School of Nursing. She worked as a nurse in Milton, Ontario, where the family lived for many years, before returning to North Bay in retirement. Sandra’s family is grateful to the staff on B3, and Dr. Moore for their care and kindness.

Memorial visitation will be held at the Martyn Funeral Home on Friday February 3 from 2-4 pm.  lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation, or Nipissing Serenity Hospice.
