To all of Jakes family. We wish to express our deepest sympathy to all of you. Heaven gained a new angel when Jake answered his father's call to come home. He has yearned for this day so rest knowing your Dad has been restored and is waiting just across the river. Hold your memories close to your hearts and know he is never far from you.
